With the above in mind, in the event of irreconcilable differences or disputes there shall be no recourse to legal systems, courts of law, or similar as this is not a contract or obligation or invitation to their participation in any way whatsoever. All such external parties are specifically excluded. By participating, you agree to the above in full, that your participation will be on the basis of goodwill and private membership and private conversations alone, and that all unresolved disputes shall be settled by means of a private members tribunal appointed by Kingdom Traders Academy and by no other means whatsoever. All rights and claims to other forms of recourse are hereby waived in full. The tribunals' ruling shall be deemed to be fair and final. Refer to the administrators or website for further information. If you choose to continue, you are representing that you agree to the above in full, as fair, final, and binding upon you in full.
